Synopsis |

|
We are
in the 1680 year of the passage of the comet, Cristina of Sweden together
with Francesco Borri, secluded to life in the jail of Castel Sant'Angelo for
heresy, they are working to the philosophyc stone that transforms lead in
gold. But the project cannot become true if first a Jewish secluded to
Castel Sant'Angelo doesn't reveal a cabalistic word. A psycoanalist and a
patient serve as counterpoint to Borri and Cristina and thanks to an alchemy
of the psyche they entertain with the two historical characters a
relationship that throws a light, even if it is not that of the comet, on
the transmutations that sexuality have in the contemporaneity.
